I love this! Although I find a bit dangerous that it might incite people to put their legs out of the balconies ;-)
i'm not sure if i see correctly, but it seems to me that the building has this very interesting architecture: from top to bottom the surface of each floor seems to increase. this means: in case of an accident, one would basically fall to the level underneath. i hope :)
