what does the jellyfish want?

"Being of symmetric perfection, a Jellyfish moving in serene motion is being carried by random currents. Onlookers often admire this hauntingly beautiful creature and enjoy a warm feeling of tranquility conveyed by its gracefully moving layers, its luminous veils and translucent colors.

It may sometimes find itself floating in splendid blooms of thousands of pulsating bells, but our Jellyfish has been (and will always be) a genuinely solitary traveler: For it may look like any other, but in fact it is aware of its own disoriented existence. Heading towards wherever it is carried, it permanently longs to belong: it is irrationally and eternally homesick.

You see, what few people ever learn, is that this Jellyfish needs to find a way of embracing the illusion of undisturbed placidity it is bound to express, while being aware of the fact that it has long sacrificed its freedom in the moving waters."
